Fausto was able to listen to our ideas and create our vision to perfection. We could not have completed this project without his creative flare. Our project was large and difficult with many moving parts. FCA was able to manage this complicated project with ease and on time. His use of both expensive and inexpensive materials provide the builds a very modern and upscale look without inflating budgets. The process of building and\/or renovating is stressful. Fausto walked us through the process easily, helping us to understand each step. He is also well connected in the field making it easy to locate products, materials, and other trades. As an organized, in control person, it is hard for me to hand over control of things to others. With Fausto, however, this was easy to do as he was more organized and in control then I could ever imagine. Things moved smoothly and on time. The final product is better then I ever imagined. Fausto made that happen from beginning to end. Could not have imagined doing this without him.<\/p>
We hired FCA to design our new restaurant and were very happy with his ability to work with our vision and overall concept. He did an amazing job keeping us informed, and managing the municipal approval process. We were exceptionally impressed at how he was able to manage and direct all the different individual consultant teams, and make sure everything was denoted on the construction set of drawings. We ended up using many of his recommended trades and quickly noticed the level of respect everyone has for Fausto. He seemed to always have the right answer to their questions, and quickly had control of the whole construction team. We have never had a restaurant construction process go so smoothly and we account this success to FCA.<\/p>
